Combat negative thinking

Do you have full awareness of all your thoughts or do you let your brain just ramble. This was me before my awakening my brain would not be conscious of the quality of thought I was having, I would over think everthing. Now I try to keep a quiet mind so when thoughts do come in. I can access them, are they prompts from my higher self, are they ego driven, are they someone else’s thought form.
Combat negative thinking If you stretch out your arms and do a 360 circle around, you. That’s your private thought space but when we come into close contact with other people, we mix our energy fields and we can bring in negative thoughts. These are thought forms, they are not your own, but they can influence your own thinking.

You have to remember that every thought you have is not your own. I read Fern Cottons book called 'Quiet' and how she had this negative voice of your not good enough, you can’t do this. She said it was a constant negative voice and she’d feel like she had no confidence a lot. But she’d learnt how to quiet these thoughts down and once you become aware of these things happening to you can choose to react with a positive approach.

If it’s something I get and it’s a negative thought I first realize it’s not my own and I picture it in a white bubble and transmute it into peace and love. Then I’ve put out a positive thought out to the collective consciousness.

The Dalai lama. said, if we all meditated and thought about peace on Earth. It would happen. Because our thoughts manifest our life’s events and if we all got peace then there would literally be peace on earth. Sadly, people don’t believe this. If your mind is plagued with negativity then try to just stay in the present moment and be aware of your thoughts and when random things come in, and they pose negativity. Be aware that it’s not your thought and you can cancel that out with peace and love. Remember you manifest what you think about a lot, so why not think about the situation you want to happen instead of the thoughts you don't.

Cleaning your energy field,

  • Soak in a bath with Epson salts
  • Smudge using White sage or Palo Santo if you don’t like the smell of sage
  • Think positive affirmations
  • Drink water and clean eat
  • Spend time in nature
  • Stay away from people who drain your energy
