So see fear as a friend that tells you your filtering fear through belief systems that you don't prefer to be in so I'm bringing them to your attention through the mechanism called fear, it means you have a miss alignment to your beliefs and what you prefer in your heart and your core that you are, the fear is like someone knocking on the door saying message sir, you have a belief that doesn't work for you.This has been the fear delivery service, now you know fear brings you information to tell you that you are out of alignment from your core self.

Yes I can, everything you need to know is this, Whatever options are available to you at any given moment, choose the one that contains the most excitement, act on it to the best of your ability, taking it as far as you can until you can take it no further. Do this with integrity. Do this with absolutely no assumption on what the out come is meant to be or how it should look or how you should get there. When you do that, three part formula, act on your highest excitement, to the best of your ability, with no assistance on the outcome. You open up and active the tool kit of excitement. The tool kit contains everything you need to be supported in life, in whatever form it needs to come in, The driving engine that needs to move you through life, the organising principal of synchronicity what allows you to do what you need to do, when you need to do it in perfect timing in perfect order. It becomes the path of least resistance that allows you to flow through your life effortlessly, it becomes the path of all other expressions of excitement, even if they don’t look like they are connected on the surface. It’s the excitement that tells you that they are. It becomes the reflective mirror that reveals to you anything that might be out of alignment within your consciousness with that excitement, so you can identify those conditions that don’t work for you and let them go and then add their energy to your excitement and then continue to expand.

Then any situation that arises to those actions no matter how it looks, if you give it a positive meaning you will only get a positive and beneficial effect regardless of how the situation may have originated. Regardless of anyone else’s opinion or experience in that situation. That’s it, that’s all you need to know.

Many people on this planet need to complicate things beyond that and make them more difficult but they don’t have to. But if they do then, that’s their process, but it all come down to understanding what you believe to be true what you define to be true is how you experience your reality. You beliefs generate your feelings, your thoughts and your behaviours. So anytime you have a behaviour or a thought you don’t prefer, a feeling you don’t prefer, you can always trace it back down the line to something you believe to be true that your not aware of. Find out what the belief and definition is you’ll fine that it’s not in alignment with your true self an then you’ll drop it and let it go. If you don’t drop it and if you still behave the same way you haven’t found the deeper belief yet, then keep digging. That’s it. That’s all you actually need to know. When you do more of this you will start to live more in the moment.

Many people on this planet are afraid to move forward because they feel guilty about something within themselves. That guilt holds them back, in a lot of cases they feel they need to keep feeling guilty to keep themselves in check, If I don’t feel guilt I might run a muck, but in fact, just the opposite is true. The fact that you are actually even capable of feeling guilt, means you automatically know who you prefer to be and know you wouldn’t actually intentionally do anything harmful. Because if you actually believed you were not a good person, you would never feel the guilt. The fact that someone feel guilt means they have nothing to feel guilty about.

Someone who us sociopathic, never feels guilt. So the fact that you first feel the guilt is your signal that you will always pay attention to what your doing. You will always have a positive intention about your actions and therefore you don’t need to feel guilty. You just need to rely on the intention that you need to be a good person and that’s enough. You don’t need the guilt to prompt you into being a good person because the fact that you had the guilt means you’re a good person or you would never would have felt guilty. So having guilt once is enough to tell you, you don’t need to feel guilt about feeling who you truly are.

Sometimes you might see people to struggle to over come a habit over a long period of time, but sometimes you can simply notice that someone can arrive at a moment in their lives that they recognise that that habit is simply something they wish to not do anymore, and no matter how addictive that habit may seem, you will witness these people saying, No more!, what they call cold turkey. The idea is that they don’t feel they struggle from that point forward, it’s as if they never had that habit. When they change their reality that strongly, the true is that they don’t exhibit any urge any longer is because they never have had the habit, because when you become a new person literally, you become a new person when you change your frequency every moment. When you become a new person that has a definition that you do not have that education you do not have that habit. You actually alter all the other connections and shift your self to a new reality where you never did, and that’s why it’s not a struggle.

The more you focus on the idea of negative entities the more you become negatively orientated. In fact that actually what they rely on, you understand, that’s the trick. The idea is that they want you to think they are more powerful that they really are, and their power comes from getting you to believe they are more powerful than they really are, so you give over your power and thus you are succumbing to the negative idea that they are perpetuating, but they don’t really have more power than you do, hey just want you to believe that they do. When you believe that they do then they do, because you give it to them, so don’t fall for the trick, don’t get caught up in the idea that there maybe negative entries. Of course there are but what that got to do with the life you got to experience, nothing.

Where ever you are at any given moment, even if it’s not where you prefer to be, is where you need to be at the moment to learn what you need to learn. Even if it’s only to learn that you don’t prefer that moment. You have to understand there’s a big, big, big, BIG difference between neutrally recognising that you don’t prefer something and invalidating that thing with a negative definition. As soon as you invalidate what you don’t prefer you stick to it like glue because your giving it undue attention. Your giving it undue power and assigning more power to it than your definition of preference. That’s what keeps you in the self-perpetuating cycle of frustration is defining what’s going on as invalid because then all your doing is invalidating yourself because you create and attract every experience for some reason and if you invalidate the reason that you attracted the experience to your self you can’t get out of that experience what it is you could be getting out that experience in a positive way because all your doing is assigning it with negative vibrations so it’s only opportunity is to supply it’s self with more and more negative experience because that’s what your funnelling into it is invalidation, so it will reflect invalidation.

If your resistance to the idea, it usually means you feel you don’t deserve to be forgiven. So look at the definition your holding on to that stops you from feeling that you can’t forgive yourself. If you feel this way, do you feel like you have learnt from your mistakes, if you have learned from them, then what is there to forgive. You’ve used them in the way it was intended for you to use them. Mistakes are for you to learn from, so you can recognise a path that does or doesn’t work for you.

The story of Edison, it took him 2000 times to invent a light bulb that would work, somebody asked him how does it feel to have failed 2000 times. I didn’t fail, I just found 2000 ways not to make a light bulb. Now no one else has to go down that path. I’ve walked down all those paths and no one else needs to waste their time doing so, so that’s been a service and a learning experience that finally helped me invent the light bulb., nothing is wasted. So what’s to forgive.

The process is the goal, not where you think your going to go. The goal of having a life is to experience transformation from one state to another. The process is the point, many people say the journey is the destination. So live in the moment and stay in the moment, work with what’s happening in the moment. That’s the whole point, that’s your goal, to be here now not to get somewhere else. If you simply allow yourself to be here now, you will find very quickly you will be some other now, but much faster, because it can only happen in the now. If you set your sights in to far of a future and not living in the now, and remails where, in the future.

You wake up into spirit again, you never left. You just wake up from this dream, kind of in the same way as at night when your sleeping and it seems so real and then you wake up and as real as that was this is who I am. So when you die as real as this seems, you wake up and say oh yes this is who I am. I’ve just had this amazing dream and I’m going to learn from it. Every level is a series of a-harr wakeups moments. You look back and review your life and learn from it, you might meet other being that have crossed and are there to greet you and help you cross. You have different possibilities within time and space, you may be able to manifest things more easily and with ease. In reality the spirit is within the body and when you pass you leave your body and remember who you really are. Your infinite energy having an experience in time and space the physical.
