What are you awakening.
Most of you will of heard MIND, BODY, SOUL but most of the population are not awake to their SOUL.
We have our physical bodies and our mind is our emotional body and our SOUL is our energetic body.
Once you awaken to energy you realise your world is much bigger than imagined, your world is now infinite. You become open to the astral world, this is also the same realm as where we have our dreams.
Your energy is made up of chakra nodes which run from your base of your spine to the top of your head.
We also have smaller energy points all over our bodies, we can feel these energy nodes sometimes, they feel like a spinning wheel. For perfect health we need to keep them in alignment with each other because our bodies run like a circuit and energy needs to move and run smoothly, we can however get blocked energy, this can come from a trauma or an injury, we can heal our physical body but we don’t always know the correct way to heal our energy body, this can be done in various ways, please look at my links for Healing from within.
Once you are open to your energy body/ Soul you may also realise that you have psychic gifts and those can be one of these
Clairvoyance: Clear Seeing
A person who suddenly has vivid visions or images of an upcoming event or a distant location, providing accurate information that you couldn’t have known through ordinary means or “pattern recognition”.
Clairaudience: Clear Hearing
You hear distinct voices, sounds, or messages that others around them cannot perceive. You may receive guidance or information from the spirit realm or communicate with entities beyond the physical realm. Clairaudience is also known as Psychic Hearing” or “Spiritual Hearing.
Clairsentience: Clear Sensing” or “Clear Feelings
These are individuals experience strong intuitive feelings or emotions about a person, place, or situation without any apparent logical reason. You may sense someone’s energy or emotions, picking up on subtle vibrations or atmospheres. Clairsentience is sometimes called “Empathy” or “Psychic Feeling.”
Claircognizance: Clear Knowing
A person who suddenly receives knowledge, insights, or understanding about a specific topic or situation without any prior information or research. You may have a strong sense of certainty and conviction about the information you receive. Claircognizance is also known as “Psychic Knowing” or “Divine Knowing.”
Clairalience: Clear Smelling
You detect scents or smells associated with a particular person, object, or place. These scents may be subtle or even unusual, triggering memories or impressions for you or the person experiencing them. Clairalience can be referred to as “Psychic Smelling” or “Spiritual Smelling.”
Clairgustance: Clear Tasting
These individuals taste distinct flavours or sensations in their mouth without any physical stimulus. These tastes may be associated with specific energies, emotions, or messages. Clairgustance is sometimes called “Psychic Tasting” or “Spiritual Tasting
Clairtangency: Clear Touching” or Clear Feeling
This is someone who can gather information or impressions by touching an object or person. You may receive insights, emotions, or images related to the object’s history or the person’s experiences. Clairtangency is also known by “Psychometry” or “Object Reading.”
Clairprognostience: Clear Knowing of Future Events
This looks like those individuals who have knowledge or foresight about future events or outcomes. You may accurately predict specific details before they occur, providing evidence of your clairprognostience. Clairprognostience can be referred to as “Precognition” or “Future Sight.”
Guide and Angels
You are also open to receiving help from Guides and Angels. (Yes I didn’t believe this was real until I started to get communication from them).
There are laws in the astral/energy world and they have to respect your free will and not interfere unless you ask for their guidance but before you get to know them, I would only ask for divine guidance from the Holy Spirit, why not go right at the top.
How do you awaken
Just by putting your free will out there and wanting to do this can help you awaken to your soul, at first it can be just little things you notice, like synchronicities, this is when you know you are in alignment with your soul because you put a thought out there for something you want and it can materialise in the most amazing way.
eg, I wanted to go on holiday to the lakes, we'd just bought a campervan and it was bank holiday and I wanted to test it out, I imagined myself looking up to a clear nights sky around a camp fire. I love the lakes and wanted to go there. I phoned every camp site and they were all full, so left it to the universe to sort out and it did with bells on, a few days later my husband bumped into a friend who he'd not seen for 20 years, they got talking and both discovered that they both had campervans and his friend was booked in the lakes that bank holiday, my husband mentioned that we’d left it to last minute and couldn't get booked up. His friend then said he knew the owner and he could get us on the site.
I can honestly say that was one of the best holidays I’ve had, the night we got there, we’d met with all their walking friends and there was a large camp fire going and a clear sky, I just sat there amazed because I’d pictured all of this only a week before. Thank you universe!
So just the ability to let go and have the faith in knowing that your soul/ your higher self knows the best route to get you where you need to be in that moment, then gradually you start to see more and more things just open up in your life.
You might feel like your torn between two worlds, the energy /astral world and the physical world, it’s important to keep grounded, a sense of being fully embodied, whole, centered and balanced in ourselves and our relationships.” It’s also a deeper connection to the authentic self.
God made us complete with the trinity of mind, body, and soul. When all three are working together, we typically experience inner peace, balance, and wholeness.
