If they are on medication or under veterinary treatment have a chat with us on how we can help your dog - it's really not a problem
If you can bring a little blanket, jumper something from home as a comfort for them
If your dog has not been with us before it may be that we invite them to come for an overnight stay so we can monitor and observe them and that they are assured you are coming back for them - we can discuss this in more detail when you give us call.
